Sakshi Malik V movie why take down from Amazon Prime 2021.

Popular actress Sakshi Malik has filed a defamation suit against the makers of "Cinema V" starring Nani and Sudhir Babu, alleging that the makers used her pictures without permission.

Sakshi wanted to remove the scene from the movie because a portfolio of his pictures was used for marketing purposes without his permission.

The Bombay High Court, in its case, directed that the image should be controlled until the scene was removed from the movie section, after which Amazon Prime removed Sakshi Malik's video from their popular platform.

The movie's thriller was released on September 5, 2020, and was removed from the OTT platform following a court order.

According to Live-Law, the court has asked the producers of the film, Sri Venkateswara Creations Pvt Ltd, to release the film in all versions irrespective of the language and sub-title.

Sakshi Malik accused Venkateswara Creation of using the film for commercial purposes for the purpose of portraying him as a sex worker.

His advisers, Alankar Kirpekar and Savena T. Bedi argued that the filmmakers' actions were an unauthorized attack on privacy, which was said to have tarnished Sakshi's image.

Following this, the judge said, "This image has been used illegally, which is bad enough. It only makes matters worse when used in the veins of apparently abusive and contemptuous. "

Following the court order, Sakshi Malik posted on her official Instagram to thank everyone for their support.

The film, starring Nani, Sudhir Babu, Aditi Rao Haidari and Nived Thomas, was released on Amazon Prime Video on September 5, 2020.

Although the project was later released on January 1, 2021.
